This website is owned and published by the Allotments for Labouring Poor, registered charity 219936 in England and Wales, with its registered office at Westgate Parish Hall, Westgate, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG18 1SR. The trust is governed by twelve unpaid trustees, all named on our About page or on our Charity Commission listing.

We do everything we can to keep the information on this site accurate. The trust's financial figures, programme names, and named partners are updated annually from the audited accounts and the trustees' minutes. Tenancy agreements.
This website is for general information. The legal terms of a plot tenancy with the trust are set out in a separate written tenancy agreement, signed in person at the office at the start of your tenancy. In any conflict between this website and your tenancy agreement, the tenancy agreement applies.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
